Workout Log

So I took a break from running over the winter in a BIG way (wish I hadn't!) and now I'm dying to get back to it! I miss it so much! Here's what I've been doing lately!

May
5/1/11: 40 minutes elliptical, 3 minutes cool down, easy pace; foam roller!
5/2/11: 40 minute yoga video with Bethenny Frankel! 
5/3/11: lovely rest day! (:
5/4/11: 30 minutes elliptical, 3 minutes cool down; BOSU ball exercises
5/5/11: ran 3.22 miles in 30 minutes (BIG, killer hill here)
5/6/11: 30 minutes elliptical, 3 minutes cool down, SUPER easy pace. 
5/7/11: rest day! Happy Derby Day everyone! 
5/8/11: 30 minute run; 30 minute Yoga Meltdown video w/ Jillian Michaels 
5/9/11: rest day!
5/10/11: spinning
5/11/11: one hour elliptical
5/12/11: rest day
5/13/11: thirty minute run, two mile walk
5/14/11: forty minutes elliptical
5/15/11: walking around the mall for two hours... yeah i'm countin' it (:
5/16/11: rest day!
5/17/11: yoga meltdown (jillian michaels) x2
